Student App - Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I can't get connected right away?
We strive to have just the right number of Instructors available for the Students making requests. It's a tricky balance and we are doing our best. If you don't get connected after 2 minutes, then please grab a glass of water and try again in 5 minutes. We know that when you're ready, you're ready...so we do our best to keep the right balance. 

​​​​​​​You should connect in less than 30 seconds if there are several Instructors available and waiting. 

What happens if I get disconnected in the middle of a lesson?
Our hope is that if you request the call again immediately, then you'll be connected with the same Instructor. That's how the system is designed. If you don't get re-connected with the same Instructor, then you'll have to tell the new Instructor where you left off. Our Customer Success Team will manage any payout splits with the Instructors, and reverse any duplicate charges. They can be reached at [email protected]
What happens if I can't log in to the app?
If you don't remember your password or have other issues logging into the app, please contact [email protected]
What happens if I'm missing an ingredient?
Our Vonnie Instructors are confident enough to walk you through substitutions and alterations to the cooking method, as needed. 

But we hope you'll obey the shopping list and get all the ingredients you need for your lesson. :)

What happens if I can't get connected right away?

As an Instructor, there might be times of the day when there are only a few requests happening throughout the network. And then other times of the day you might teach several lessons in a row.  

We know that your time is valuable and when you're available, you're available...so we do our best to keep Instructors and Students connecting quickly!

What happens if I get disconnected in the middle of a lesson?
Our hope is that if you request the call again immediately, then you'll be connected with the same Student. That's how the system is designed to operate. If you don't get re-connected with the same Student, then your part of the lesson will end and your payout might be adjusted accordingly.
